We all belong to a family system. Sometimes what we are experiencing in life may have something to do with that system, even when we can't see the connection.

Family Constellations is an opportunity to gently explore those hidden dynamics and to see what may need to be acknowledged.

You might come with recurring patterns, relationship or family challenges, an important decision, a life transition, health concerns, or simply a feeling that something in your life isn't flowing as you would like.

I believe Family Constellations is best understood through experience. Rather than explaining what you should see or feel, I invite you to come with curiosity, an open mind, and without expectations of what may unfold.
